* Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Servers (Win2k, Win2003, SBS)
* Operating Systems (Windows 2000, XP, Vista, any Linux)
* E-mails (Exchange, Pop, webmail)
* Wireless technology
* Modems / routers
* Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Any Telecoms Skills (VoIP, ISDN, PSTN, Mobiles, etc)
* Good communication skills, and a Professional attitude at all times
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients - "jargon-free"
* Any Sales experience
No experience, no problem - for the right candidates we are willing to provide full training and mentoring in an effort to bring new talent into the sector, although we are sure anyone joining the A1 Team will never want to leave.
